Return Policy

Supplements

We take pride in creating a product that not only does what it’s supposed to do, but also tastes great. If you’re unsatisfied with your BeNu product for any reason, send it back so we can make it right. We’re happy to exchange for any product of equal or lesser value or issue a store credit equal to the cost of the product being returned.

We do not offer refunds on our products because they are consumable goods and it would be a safety risk for us to resell or reuse the returns in any way. All exchanged or returned items are immediately discarded.To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, and BE LESS THAN 20% USED.

You must also include your Return Authorization number in your package, which can be obtained by entering your order number and email address in the boxes above.

We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs and items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive the full credit or be eligible for exchange.

We do not offer exchanges or returns on already exchanged items.

 

Apparel

We want you to feel confident in your BeNu apparel! We’re happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or full refund if you aren’t 100% satisfied for any reason.

In order for us to accept a return/exchange, your item must:
Be returned within 30 days of purchase
Be unworn in original condition with no trace of makeup or perfume
Have been tried on WITH undergarments on
Please include the following information in your package when returning your apparel.
Full name
Order number and Return Authorization Number which can be obtained by entering your order number and email address int he boxes above.
Email address where we can reach you with any questions
Reason for return/exchange
New item(s) being requested
If no item requested, please specify if you would like store credit or refund
**If your item was defective in any way upon receipt, please email us with an explanation and photos of the defect at help@beempowerednutrition.com so we can provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

International returns: If you choose to pay to send the item(s) back to our warehouse in its original condition, we will happily issue in-store credit for the retail value of the item once we receive the order back at our warehouse.
