When it comes to the health and wellness industry, one of the biggest phenomenons for years has been fat burners. Many people want to lose weight fast and if there is a pill that can do that, then why not use it?

  • Hey Jamie, the best time for the thermo would be approx. 30 minutes before your workout or even upon waking you could have it instead of coffee or something.

  • Hey Kimberly, It is wonderful to use both of them together on the same day! The pump has no caffeine, but will give you a great pump to the area(s) you are working that day. Where as the pre-workout will give you a little pump, but more so focus around giving you energy!
