HANNAH CHRISTEL’S  FAVORITE SUPPLEMENTS AND WORKOUT

Current athlete, Hannah Christel, decided at 17 years old she was going to join the military and be in the best shape of her life, this is where her fitness journey began.

She then started bodybuilding and fell in love with the aspect of being able to shape her body however she wants. Since then, she has moved onto CrossFit and loves the competitive edge the sport brings. 

Her overall focus is to simply remain healthy and strong and promote that to others everywhere!

Hannah takes her BENU Greens, Reds and BCAAs first thing, every morning and swears by them!

She also takes the BENU EAAs during her workout and the S’mores Protein after.

*For Box jumps: 1 Full Rep = Step up, Step down, Jump up, Step down, Jump up, Jump down

STRENGTH TRAINING 

1 Round of Squat Cleans (Empty Barbell)

  • Deadlift 
  • Pull 
  • Catch 
  • Squat

5 Reps at each position w/2 second holds

Then, perform 1 more round (Empty Barbell)

5 Squat Cleans at Full Speed

Lastly, perform weighted Squat Cleans - Reps of 8/6/4/2 

 (Building in weight with each set)

METCON

20 Minute, EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute) 

Perform Exercise 1 within a 1 minute time span, if finished before 1 Minute, you may rest until that time is up, but as soon as minute 2 starts, you must begin Exercise 2.

*The goal is to finish whichever exercise you are on before each minute is up

  1. 5 Squat Cleans @70% of your 2 Rep weight (based off weight established during strength portion)
  2. 8 Box Jumps, 20in. Box

ACCESSORY WORK

  1. 4 Sets x 10 Reps Banded Glute Bridges w/A 20 Second  (Hold on the last Rep)
  2. 4 Sets x 10 Reps Single Leg Kettlebell Deadlifts (Medium Difficulty)
